This policy covers the Skip or Watch Chrome extension, its server and this website.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why

We do not store transcripts. We store the resulting summary, score and comment digest per video and language, and show them to every user who asks about the same video. They describe the video, not you.
While you only hover thumbnails, the extension reads views, likes and comments from YouTube inside your browser and sends nothing to us. Pro users and users who summarized a video before send only the video ID and language, to look up an existing summary.
The extension stores your session token and the list of videos you summarized in Chrome’s local storage on your device. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build interest profiles. The score is the same for everyone.

Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account, plan and summary history: until you delete your account. Payment records: 10 years, as Italian tax law requires (kept by Stripe and in our accounting). Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@frisble.com from the email address of your account; we answer within 30 days. To delete your account, cancel any Pro subscription first, then send the same email.
You can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority where you live.
Google user data
Skip or Watch’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only receive your email address and Google account ID.
Children
Skip or Watch is not meant for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we update the date above and email you before the change applies.
