Refund policy

14 days, full refund

Within 14 days of your first Pro payment, email info@frisble.com from your account’s email address and we refund the full amount. You don’t need to give a reason. This also covers your EU right of withdrawal.

A full refund ends Pro at once and cancels the subscription.

After 14 days

Cancel any time from the extension: click the Skip or Watch icon in Chrome’s toolbar, then Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or we end Pro ourselves.

Renewals

If a renewal charged you by mistake (for example you meant to cancel), write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will sort it out.

Disputes

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. An opened dispute cancels the subscription at once.
