The card doesn’t appear

Reload the YouTube tab. If you just installed or updated the extension, YouTube tabs opened before then need a reload. YouTube changes its pages often; if the card is still missing, email us the video link.

“No transcript”

The video has no captions we can read. The score then comes from comments and stats only.

Cancel Pro

Click the Skip or Watch icon in Chrome’s toolbar, then Manage subscription. See the refund policy.

Pro doesn’t show after paying

Open the extension’s toolbar popup: it refreshes your plan. Still Free after a minute? Email us.

Delete your account

Cancel Pro first, then email us asking to delete your account. We delete your email, plan and summary history within 30 days. See the privacy policy.
