Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and Frisble di Mazzocato Nicola, Via Marcoai 25/8, 31011 Asolo (TV), Italy, VAT IT05384660261, info@frisble.com (“we”). By installing or using Skip or Watch you accept them.

What Skip or Watch does

Skip or Watch is a Chrome extension. On YouTube it shows public data about a video when you hover its thumbnail and, when you press Summarize, an AI-written summary, a 1–5 score and a digest of the comments.

Skip or Watch is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

AI output

Summaries, scores and digests are written by an AI model from the video’s transcript, stats and comments. They can be incomplete or wrong. Use them to decide what to watch, not as advice on health, money, law or safety.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 14 years old.

Free and Pro

Free includes 3 summaries a day. Pro costs €4.99 a month or €39.99 a year, VAT included, and includes up to 200 summaries a day and summaries that appear on hover when someone has already made them. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.

Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the extension (toolbar icon → Manage subscription); Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. If Stripe acts as the seller (merchant of record), its name appears on your receipt and its terms apply to the payment. We may change prices for future periods; we tell you by email at least 30 days before and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Fair use

Do not automate requests, resell summaries, try to get around the daily limits, or attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

Skip or Watch depends on YouTube’s pages, which change without notice. We fix breakages as fast as we can but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or end features; if we end Pro, we refund the unused part of your current period.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. Apart from those rights, and except for intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Law and disputes

Italian law applies. The courts of Treviso decide disputes, unless consumer protection rules give you the right to go to the courts where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Skip or Watch after that, the new terms apply.
